If you have been a victim of fraud by Jux Capital and had money stolen from you, you can report them to Actionfraud, Scamsmart, Coinbase, Trustpilot, IC3, Getcybersafe, SEIC, Medium, Europol and the FTC plus other agencies. Here are the procedures:

Here is the link to the Actionfraud Website:

Just go to the action fraud website and click on report fraud at the top of the page.

You will then be asked to set up an account with action fraud. We advise doing this as you will have many more rights and can speak to action fraud by phone or email about any fraud reports. See image below, set up your Action Fraud account here before filing the complaint.

Then fill out the form and you will be assigned a case number on the last page of the form when you are finished. When you are done the screen will look like this.

The fraud report will be in your account that you have setup. Then you can follow up with action fraud from there.

Here is a link to Coinbase

To report Jux Capital for fraud and theft of your crypto funds, call Coinbase at their 888 number and speak to someone in their customer service, they will assign you a case number and take all of your information. Show them the transactions in your Coinbase account from Coinbase to Jux so they can document the wallet address. Coinbase took the complaint seriously and the person I spoke to was helpful, kudos to Coinbase.

Here is a link to Trustpilot:

Go to the Trustpilot website and leave a review of your experiences with Jux Capital. You will need to set up a Trustpilot account, there are some reviews telling the true story about Jux Capital and their fraudulent practices. The rest of the reviews are non-specific and look like they are paid for fake reviews from an agency. Trustpilot also has a way to report companies who run fraud and scam websites and a whistle blower reporting process. You can also report to Trustpilot if you feel a company is getting fake reviews and paid for review from third party providers.

Here is a link to IC3:

Click on the link for the IC3 internet fraud reporting form, if you are a resident of the USA:

ICA Fraud Complaint Form

It is a crude form but it works okay. Fill it out as best you can until you hit the end screen, then your complaint will be sent to report Jux Capital for internet crimes.

If you are in Canada you can report Jux Capaital to Getcybersafe and if you are in Europe you can report Jux Capital to Europol.

Jux Capital also lists SEIC as their "custodian". We contacted SEIC by email but did not get a response.

Jux Capital also has blog posts on the Medium platform. They have been reported to medium as a criminal scam and Medium has temporarily taken down their content. Thanks to Medium for doing this and taking the fraud seriously.

Jux Capital Medium
Social Media Accounts

I also attempted to report Jux Capital to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin, since they have social media accounts with these three providers. I found out about Jux Capital from a Facebook ad! This did not work. There is no real way to report Jux to Facebook or Twitter since the menu options and help menus do not facilitate this at all. Due to the Facebook ads Facebook must take some responsibility for advertising their fraudulent activities for a profit or fee. All of the linked in profiles for Jux capital and the owners of Jux are locked and they never post on Linkedin.

On a Youtube video you can click on "report" but since the Jux Capital video looks harmless once again ther is nothing you can do to get the video removed. The big tech social media companies provide no method of getting this content down so many people continue to get duped and have their monty stolen from Jux Capital.

Having these online social media accounts makes Jux Capital look legitmate, this is not the case at all, they are not. They are scammers.

Here is a link to the Federal Trade Comission in the USA.
